Overview

MSP Workflows participates in affiliate programs with selected vendors whose products are covered editorially on the site. This page explains what that means, which programs we participate in, and how affiliate relationships affect (and don't affect) our coverage.

What an affiliate link is

Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and sign up for a paid plan with the vendor, MSP Workflows may receive a commission. There is no additional cost to you — the price you pay is the same as if you had visited the vendor directly.

Editorial independence

Affiliate relationships do not determine which tools we cover, how we evaluate them, or what we recommend. Our coverage criteria are operational fit for MSP workflows, not commercial relationships. Tools we do not recommend are excluded from comparisons regardless of whether they offer affiliate programs. Tools we do recommend are recommended whether or not they pay commission.

We cover several tools that do not pay us anything — including IT Glue, ConnectWise, Datto, and Action1 — because they are operationally relevant to our readers. We exclude tools we don't find credible regardless of program availability.

Identifying affiliate links

Pages that contain affiliate links display a disclosure notice near the top of the page. We do this for transparency, not because the law requires the notice at the page level (the FTC requires "clear and conspicuous" disclosure, and a page-top notice meets that standard).
